Here's a shortlist for you to download to help you in searching and scouting for players:
(all shortlists are based on a large player database)
1. All Football Manager free transfer players filtered according to the player filters in the Player Filters page with minimum attributes of 10 for relevant attributes to each players position - Download Shorlist FM11 All Free Transfer Players Filtered
(Copy Shortlist (FM11 All Free Transfer Players Filtered.slf) into My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2011>Shortlists and then import in the transfer/shortlist screen Shortlists>Manage Shortlists>Import)
